研究興趣及方向
以擬南芥和大豆為材料,圍繞植物減數(shù)分裂同源重組、命運(yùn)決定和表觀遺傳重編的分子機(jī)制等核心問題,結(jié)合多組學(xué)、細(xì)胞學(xué)、生物化學(xué)等手段從多維度解析調(diào)控減數(shù)分裂的分子遺傳和表觀遺傳機(jī)制,加深對于遺傳變異的認(rèn)知,為農(nóng)作物育種和人類生殖健康提供理論支持。主要研究方向?yàn)椋?)植物減數(shù)分裂的命運(yùn)決定和遺傳調(diào)控;2)植物的表觀遺傳重編程;3)大豆花形態(tài)建成。以通訊或第一作者(含共同)在PNAS(3篇)、The Plant Cell(2篇)和Plant Physiology(2篇)等高水平期刊共發(fā)表論文10篇。獲得國家自然科學(xué)基金面上項(xiàng)目(2024-2027)、青年科學(xué)基金(2021-2023)和博士后創(chuàng)新人才(2019)的支持。受邀在全國植物生物學(xué)大會(huì)和發(fā)育生物學(xué)大會(huì)等會(huì)議做報(bào)告。
