研究興趣及方向

以大豆和玉米為材料,運(yùn)用遺傳學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)和生物信息學(xué)等手段,圍繞植物生殖發(fā)育中的染色體生物學(xué)及基因組學(xué)核心問題,研究1. 染色體的跨代傳遞及重塑;2. 生殖發(fā)育中父母本基因組互作機(jī)制;3. 大豆胚胎早期發(fā)育的動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)控。研究結(jié)果將服務(wù)于染色體工程輔助育種及大豆種質(zhì)資源創(chuàng)新。
