研究興趣:
長(zhǎng)期關(guān)注于利用新技術(shù)和遺傳學(xué)、分子生物學(xué)、生物化學(xué)、細(xì)胞生物學(xué)、生物信息學(xué)等手段研究擬南芥和大豆等高等植物的生殖發(fā)育、特別是減數(shù)分裂與減數(shù)分裂重組調(diào)控的分子機(jī)制。
主要研究方向:
1. 通過(guò)正向遺傳學(xué)手段研究減數(shù)分裂重組調(diào)控的新機(jī)制;
2.環(huán)境因子調(diào)控減數(shù)分裂重組的分子機(jī)制;
3.在作物中開(kāi)發(fā)定點(diǎn)可控重組技術(shù)。
