2006/08-現(xiàn)在,華南農(nóng)業(yè)大學(xué),生命科學(xué)學(xué)院生化與分子生物學(xué)系,副教授


主要研究領(lǐng)域

研究聚焦霉菌毒素(黃曲霉毒素,嘔吐毒素,T-2毒素玉米赤霉烯酮等)在動(dòng)物體內(nèi)的關(guān)鍵代謝酶及催化機(jī)制。主要利用分子生物學(xué),生物化學(xué),計(jì)算生物學(xué),酶學(xué)等方法和技術(shù)系統(tǒng)解析參與霉菌毒素在動(dòng)物體內(nèi)代謝的關(guān)鍵酶及其代謝轉(zhuǎn)化的分子機(jī)理。
