博士,教授,博士生導(dǎo)師。1963年2月出生。現(xiàn)任廣東省獸用中藥與天然藥物工程技術(shù)研究中心主任、藥用植物研究中心主任、“千百十工程”省級學(xué)術(shù)骨干。

研究興趣
以熱帶亞熱帶植物為主要研究對象,緊密結(jié)合農(nóng)林業(yè)和醫(yī)藥生產(chǎn)中的理論和實(shí)際問題,應(yīng)用電子顯微鏡技術(shù)、現(xiàn)代儀器分析方法,并結(jié)合分子生物學(xué)手段,研究植物的結(jié)構(gòu)與功能,同時開展重要藥用植物的引種、栽培及開發(fā)利用。
